Caravans For Sale

Caravans can be viewed daily from 9:30am to 4:30pm.

Due to the increasing number of individuals seeking to live in caravans and/or attempting to mislead park staff, we will now only be permitted to show caravans to potential buyers once the following documentation has been provided:

Valid Council Tax Bill
Recent Utility Bill (Gas/Water/Electric)

We are unable to proceed with a viewing or sale until they have been received.

All caravans are SOLD AS SEEN and will hold a current gas and electricity safety certificate upon completion of purchase.

Caravan age limit: 20 years. Caravans over the age of 15 years cannot be resold or transferred on the park.

Please note: A completion date (i.e. handover of keys) will be arranged upon full payment.

Please note: The Bay Caravan Park is a park for static holiday caravans only. We do not cater for tents, tourers or motorhomes etc. Caravans are not to be used as a main residency – a residential address must be provided.
