Immediately following the Easter break we will be carrying out a thorough inspection of the entire site, looking at various aspects of your Site License Agreement and park ‘Rules and Conditions’.

Please be advised that it has been over two years since an inspection of this scale has been carried out. Therefore, just because you may have had something in place for a period of time does not mean it is permitted and will be picked up in the upcoming inspection. If you are unsure about anything, please speak to the park office on 02920 707512, or pop in between the hours of 9am – 5pm.

For the avoidance of any confusion, the following is a short summary of the most common issues we encounter:

Veranda

- The area beneath your veranda (or steps) cannot be used for storage.

- Your veranda cannot be boxed in, enclosed, or covered in any way.

Area around caravan

- You are responsible for keeping the grass cut 1ft around the perimeter of your caravan and up to 1ft away from the caravan opposite your front door.

- No permanent erections of any kind are permitted. The most common prohibited items we come across: fencing; trellis; washing lines; rotary lines; pet houses/cages.

- Access (emergency or otherwise) must be possible in the area between caravans at all times. Do not obstruct these areas with items such as: pet runs; windbreaks (when not in use); garden decorations etc.

- Storage boxes must be of a non-combustible material (metal) and cannot exceed 6’ x 3’ x 3’ in size unless advised otherwise.

- Garden furniture must be safely stored away when not in use.

Caravan

- You are responsible for keeping the exterior of your caravan clean.

- The space beneath your caravan cannot be used for storage and must be totally clear.

Many thanks in advance for your cooperation.
